We handle vacation rentals, short term rentals and long term rentals.  Our systems are all set up to handle any type of rental as well as offer property management services that include checking in on vacant properties.  We keep our overhead low and are able to charge 5-10% less than most of the property management companies in town because of this.  We are not here to compete with corporate but instead offer a different type of management service, one that is geared towards owners that play an active role in wanting to preserve their properties and keep in direct communication with the people visiting them weekly or in the case of long term rentals, keeping in contact with tenants monthly.
