A few years ago we decided to take a leap of faith and purchase a vacation home on the island of Oahu. We thought we would enjoy it when we were there and rent it out to cover the payments. Little did we know, this investment began the start of something even bigger than we could have ever imagined.
Not only do we get to use it when we are over there, but it has proven to be a huge help with our children’s college savings account as an additional income. With now a couple investment properties we have personally realized the most important aspect of ANY real estate investment…

In Santa Barbara, we have a strong vacation rental market and just as is the case with low inventory with our current supply of properties for sale, we also have low inventory in various categories of vacation rentals.
This past year, I have helped many buyers realize their dreams of having a second home/investment property both in Santa Barbara and other states. I have also taken on the management of many of these properties and for 1/2 the cost of what others here in town currently charge.
